Patient group

We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

To ensure we deliver the health service our patients want, Laurel Bank Surgery has a Patient Participation Group (PPG). This is a group of patients who meet at the practice with Practice staff to discuss the services we provide, what improvements we could make, and share ideas on how to make these changes.

Everyone is welcome and all contributions are appreciated. We do aim to make the PPG as representative of our practice population as possible in terms of age, gender, social group, ethnicity and ability and so would particularly like to hear from you if you are a student or if you feel you represent a minority or social group whose voice should be heard. Please contact the Practice Manager for more details, or if you would like to join the group.

Patient Voice

There are many ways to have a say in the services this surgery and the NHS provide.  If you have a comment, a suggestion or a query you can:

  • Join our patient group
  • Leave feedback using the Friends and Family Test
  • Email Parveen Manku, Practice Manager at pmanku@nhs.net
  • Join other patients across the locality in training sessions designed to help patients get their opinions heard

Join our PPG

We welcome enquiries from patients who would like to join our patient group.
