When booking an online telephone appointment, please note:
- You will only be offered a telephone consultation.
- You cannot request or expect this to be changed to a face-to-face appointment by adding notes to your booking.
- If you book a telephone appointment but arrive at the practice in person, you will not be seen by the GP. Instead, you will receive your consultation via telephone as booked.
If you would like to be seen in person, please book one of the available face-to-face appointment slots.
This policy ensures that GPs have adequate time for both telephone and face-to-face consultations, and helps us maintain safe and fair practice for all patients.
